Colleen and Sue are a Mother/Daughter Real Estate team with an up and coming third generation Realtor, ten year old Emma, who occasionally helps out. It is easy to see the family resemblance, however, Colleen and Sue each bring their own different strengths to the team.
Sue, the mother of the team, was born and raised in San Diego, California. She raised two daughters in Northern California while earning her degree and becoming a teacher. Sue taught elementary school for fifteen years. She became a leader and specialist in technology, science and math. Sue taught and coached teachers and created curriculum still used in the district today. It was while teaching that she met her husband and moved to the Portland area. Because of Sue's teaching background, she brings creativity, problem solving, and motivation to the team.
Colleen was raised in Northern California. She moved to Southern California to attend college and pursued a career in retail management. After being named one of the youngest store managers of a major retail chain, Colleen married her husband. Having developed the organizational and leadership skills to run a large store, Colleen brings attention to detail, negotiation skills, and integrity to the team. Her marriage and the birth of her daughter, Emma, helped her focus her priorities in life. After moving to Portland, Colleen found that a career in Real Estate gave her the opportunity to leverage her skills and time to enjoy her family.
Colleen and Sue have built a foundation of great service that leverages all of their skills and talents. They manage to do this while keeping their strong family values intact. The core of their business is the strength of their family.
